One must be most skeptical about any conference sponsored by some of the world’s worst fossil fuel burning corporations.

E. O. Wilson’s grave warning is loud and clear, we must implement long-term solutions today!

QUESTION: What solutions were produced to eliminate fossil fuel burning with the urgency required too prevent more tipping point scenarios from getting out of control?

If the conference did not produce immediate actions to eliminate fossil fuel burning, then the conference failed and Freeman Dyson is still correct: “The main social benefit provided by pure science in esoteric fields is to serve as a welfare program for scientists and engineers.”

You still haven’t answered the question I asked on March 30. Let me rephrase it:

What actions must we implement immediately to keep from exceeding 525 ppm atmospheric carbon dioxide which appears to result in totally unacceptable tipping points for the human race?

It appears that we must begin building nuclear power plants today to achieve the imperative of eliminating fossil fuel burning that will allow us to stay below 550 ppm, that is unless some combination of social, political and/or economic chaos occurs first.
